Masala Chaas Making Ingredients:

 

2 cups Curd or Yogurt
1 tablespoon ginger and green chili paste
1/2 teaspoon black salt
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 tablespoon fine chopped coriander leaves
6 to 8 curry leaves (Kadi Patta)
4 glass of cold water

 

 

 

Method:

 

  1. Firstly, take 2 cups curd in a big bowl and blend and stir well
  2. Now add 1 tablespoon ginger and green chili paste and blend well
  3. Now blend and stir well till proper mixing
  4. Now add 1/2 teaspoon black salt and stir well
  5. Now add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds and mix well
  6. Now add 4 glass of cold water and stir well
  7. Now grind coriander leaves and curry leaves in a mixer grinder
  8. Now add grinded coriander-curry leaves mixture in the mixture
  9. Now stir and mix well all ingredients
  10. Now keep it in refrigerator till serving
  11. Now pour masala chaas in a glass and serve
  12. Now Masala Chaas is ready to serve
