Mutter Methi Malai Making Ingredients:

2 cups Methi leaves (Fenugreek leaves) (Washed and chopped)
1 ½ cups Green peas
½ cup milk
1 half inch pc of chopped Ginger
1 pc of chopped onion
1 pc of cinnamon stick
2 pc of green cardamoms
3 cloves of garlic chopped
1 pc of chopped green chili
2 table spoon Cashew Nuts
Salt to taste
½ cup Cream
Sufficient edible oil for frying
Cheese for garnishing

Method:

  1. Firstly, take 1 big spoon edible oil in frying pan and heat the oil
  2. Now add 2 pc of green cardamom in oil
  3. Now add 1 pc of cinnamon stick
  4. Now heat ingredients for sometime
  5. Now add 1 pc of chopped onion
  6. Now mix well and fry till get brownish colour
  7. Now add 3 cloves of chopped garlic
  8. Now add 1 half inch pc of chopped Ginger
  9. Now add 1 pc of chopped green chili
  10. Now add 2 table spoon Cashew Nuts
  11. Now stir well and fry mixture for 1 minute
  12. Now put off gas flame and cool down the mixture
  13. Now put cooled mixture in the mixer pot and make a puree
  14. Now puree is ready to fry
  15. Now add 1 table spoon edible oil in a frying pan and heat the oil
  16. Now add puree in heated oil
  17. Mix well and fry it till get brownish colour
  18. Now add 2 cups Methi leaves (Fenugreek leaves) and mix well
  19. Now add 1 ½ cups Green peas and mix well
  20. Now cook the mixture for 3 minutes
  21. Now add ½ cup milk and mix well
  22. Now add ½ cup water to enhance gravy
  23. Now mix well and cook for 1 minutes
  24. Now add salt as per taste
  25. Now mix well and cook for 5 minutes
  26. Now add ½ cup Cream and mix well
  27. Now mix well and cook for a minutes
  28. Now Mutter Methi Malai is ready
  29. Now garnish it with grated cheese and cream
  30. Now hot Mutter Methi Malai is ready to serve with Butter Non.
