As per media updates, Aamir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor may be star together in VFX and visual rich film, which is presently being developed by Aamir Khan Productions. Furthermore, the preparation and previsualization work is in progress of this mega budget two hero movie.
As per new development, the film may be helmed by Anurag Basu. A close source to development team revealed, “Anurag Basu is starting to develop a screenplay for Aamir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor. While the basic idea has been conceptualized by AKP aka. Aamir Khan Production, its Basu, who has come on board to weave a screenplay with the inhouse team of actors. The film is in a very early stage at the moment, in-fact, AK and RK will decide on doing it only once they are absolutely satisfied with the final output.”
Khan and Kapoor duo are not in hurry to start film till well-developed script. The extensive writing process is the key for this film. “It’s a high on VFX project, and hence an extremely risky preposition. Being the perfectionist that Aamir is, he wants to have a visual blueprint of what the film would look like. If everything falls in the right place, the film will take off sometime next year. Right now, it’s in a very initial stage, with the two actors like-minded in principle on the idea of coming together on one of India’s biggest cinematic spectacles,” the source further revealed.
Director Anurag Basu is fan of Aamir Khan and Ranbir Kapoor was a hero of his last projects like Barfi and Jagga Jasoos. The Barfi director is thrilled to work on this anticipating project.
