Journalists must be getting more trolled than me, tells Varun Dhawan on trolling!

Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan is riding high on the success of his numerous movies. From Student of the Year (2012) to Judwaa 2 (2017), all nine films of the actor has been successful at the box office.

All his movies are completely different from each other. He has tried his hand in comedy, action, thriller and several other genres. Now, he will be seen in a dark romantic thriller titled October directed by Shoojit Sircar. He has been extensively shooting for the same in Delhi.

Speaking about his career and movie choices, Varun specified to a tabloid, “Not just as an actor but as a person too, I always wanted to experience different things. In fact, I was the same as a student as well. For instance — for two years in a row — I would get my highest marks in history and perform very badly in math. But surprisingly, I would get my highest marks in math next year. I was never good at math, but there were years when I scored 85-90 marks in it, which was very good at that time (laughs).”

He further added, “But I would subsequently go back to [doing well in] other subjects. So, I am very random with my selections. I like to explore different things. Also, I don’t believe that a person can be good at only one thing.”

Trolling on social media has become a normal thing now. When Varun was questioned about the same, he said, “I feel this is part and parcel of fame. Journalists must be getting more trolled than me. It happens; what can you do about it? I feel that the more successful you get, the more you will face it.”

Varun ended by telling, “I did not face [trolling] at all in the first three-four years [of my career] even though I probably misbehaved more back then started getting trolled more when I am well behaved. But it’s not only me; even the biggest stars face it, so who am I?”
