Mouni Roy to play a key role in Karan Johar’s Brahmastra!
Television’s hot actress Mouni Roy seems to be on cloud nine these days. Apart from making everybody go weak on their knees with her gorgeous avatars, the TV actor is on her way to make it big in Bollywood.
It is well known that Mouni will be seen in a key role in Akshay Kumar’s Gold. The film is set to release next year.
Even before she could make her big Bollywood debut, we hear that the actor has bagged another big film and this time under Karan Johar’s production house.
Karan lately pronounced his big project starring Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor, titled, Brahmastra. But, no additional details about her role have been disclosed.
A source said a daily, “Mouni recently came on board and will start shooting early next year when the film goes on the floors. For now, Ayan is keeping other details of her role under wraps.”
About Gold, gossip mills were lately abuzz with conjectures of Mouni being unhappy with her role in Gold. Sources have been quoted telling that Mouni is seemingly playing Akshay’s love interest in the film and has a very small role. The movie reportedly revolves around the male protagonists Akshay Kumar, Kunal Kapoor, Amit Sadh and Sunny Kaushal.
But, Mouni repudiated the news and maintained that she is very happy and grateful to be part of the project.
