Now Taapsee Pannu’s romance with Diljit Dosanjh!
Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu is all set to star opposite Diljit Dosanjh for the first time on screen in Shaad Ali’s next.
The film which is yet to be titled is based on the tale of Sandeep Singh, the coveted hockey player of India and the ex-captain. While the movie isn’t a biopic, it’s an important chapter of Sandeep’s life that is all set to be depicted on screen. The movie will be a love story that revolves around the story of Diljit and Taapsee, both of whom would be playing hockey players in the movie.
Both Diljit and Taapsee will be going through extensive training for their hockey playing skills by strict professionals before they commence shooting for the movie in Punjab in October.
In the meantime, Diljit was last seen in the Punjabi film Super Singh which performed well at the box-office. He will next be seen opposite Sonakshi Sinha in Crazy Hum.
Presently, Taapsee is busy with the promotions of her forthcoming film, Judwaa 2. Directed by David Dhawan, Judwaa 2 also stars Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez and is slated to release on September 29, 2017.
