Pink’s Jodi Big B and Taapsee Pannu reunite again for Badla?

After Pink’s success, Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu are team-up again for Sujoy Ghosh’s next movie.

A source revealed a tabloid, ”The film produced by Sunir Kheterpal is tentatively titled Badla. A crime thriller, it is expected to roll in mid- June. Mr Bachchan has liked the script but is yet to sign on the dotted line but Taapsee has already committed to the project. The makers have already started work on the prep.”

Sujoy had previously directed the 75-year-old Big B in his 2009 fantasy-adventure, Aladin, which also featured Riteish Deshmukh and Jacqueline Fernandez, and had produced Ribhu Dasgupta’s 2016 thriller Te3n with Big B, Vidya Balan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

Speaking about her understanding of working with Big B in Pink, Taapsee had previously told, ”It was an honour to work with him,. After all, it’s just my third Hindi film. But I wasn’t intimated at all. I was excited, yes. I am not crazy about any movie star. Mr. Bachchan is an amazing and brilliant actor; everyone knows that. Yes, there was some pressure of performing well. I knew I have to be my best. I had to make sure I don’t stand out like a sore thumb in the frame with him and it may backfire. So I just decided not to think that I am acting opposite Amitabh Bachchan and just do my job. After that it was okay.”
