Misal Pav Making Ingredients:

1 cup sprouted split green gram

1 rounded chopped onion

1 pc peeled ginger

3 garlic cloves

3 pc grated dry coconut

4 to 5 curry leaves

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp garam masala

1 chopped onion

1 finely chopped tomato

Salt as per need

Edible oil for deep frying as per need

1 cup farsan/mixture

1 cup finely chopped green coriander leaves

½ pc lemon juice

2 pc pav

½ cup finely chopped onion




  1. Now take sprouted split green gram in a cooker to boil
  2. Now add 1 cup water in a cooker
  3. Now add 1 tsp salt in a cooker
  4. Now add 1 tsp turmeric powder in a cooker
  5. Now close cooker to boil mixture till 1 whistle
  6. Now take 1 tsp oil in frying pan
  7. Now add rounded chopped onion in heated oil
  8. Now fry rounded chopped onion for a minute
  9. Now add peeled ginger to fry
  10. Now add grated coconut to fry
  11. Now take fried mixture in a mixture grinder
  12. Now make paste of mixture
  13. Now take 1 big tsp oil in frying pan
  14. Now add 1 tsp cumin seeds in heated oil
  15. Now add curry leaves in mixture
  16. Now mix well and fry
  17. Now add chopped onion in mixture
  18. Now add 1 tsp red chili in mixture
  19. Now add 1 tsp coriander powder in mixture
  20. Now add 1 tsp garam masala in mixture
  21. Now add 1 cup chopped tomato in mixture
  22. Now add coconut paste in mixture
  23. Now add boiled green gram in mixture
  24. Now mix well and fry it well
  25. Now add water in mixture to make gravy
  26. Now add salt in mixture and mix well
  27. Now misal is ready
  28. Now take farsan in a bowl
  29. Now pour misal in a bowl
  30. Now again add farsan in misal
  31. Now add chopped coriander leaves in misal
  32. Now serve hot misal with pav, lemon pc and chopped onion
